Excellent quirky hotel with great rooms and facilities , great breakfast every day as well . It would have been 5/5 if it wasn’t for the behaviour of the team in the roof top bar , my advice would be to give it a miss and instead spend your money downstairs in the ground floor bar . This stems from their ability to suddenly magic up non residents who had been waiting for an outside table when we arrived and managed to sit there only by asking if we could take an unused seat from another table . Once the space was created by us , we were told to vacate it as someone else had been waiting . Anyway this was a minor blip and they were the losers from an income and tips point of view . We will visit again but not to the roof top

What a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, especially Bella who helped arrange a birthday surprise for my girlfriend which comprised of a cake, balloons and a bottle of Prosecco. She also recommended A Baiuca, a fantastic traditional Portuguese restaurant. Great location, can walk most places. Roof top bar is also great. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this boutique hotel, centrally located in downtown, minutes from the sea front and less than 5 minutes walk to Barrio Alto - you could not be better placed. Each room is individual with art decorations. They are apartment style with a small kitchenette, comfy bed, very good shower. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were friendly, could not fault this hotel at all

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. We got a three bedroom apartment and from start to finish the service from staff was amazing. They were all so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and cleaned every day. The location is right in the centre and within walking distance of a lot of the sites and trams and metro, etc. We didn't eat there but visited the rooftop bar a few times and although it is small, the atmosphere is great and staff again were very good and friendly. If I return to Lisbon I will stay here again and will recommend to friends who are visiting.

We visited The roof top bar Ruby Rosa and the experience was pathetic. The cocktails were horrible and grossly overpriced. For water they gave plastic bottles at exorbitant rates… Avoid at all costs! The bartender also proceeded to charge us for 4 bottles of water when we only ordered 2. A very horrible experience.
